SHIPPING STATUS

Here at Simply Dreamy we try our very best to send out your packages on time every day. All orders received before 12pm local Sydney time on a business day will be shipped out that same day! Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. Please make sure that you take care to fill out your full details correctly at checkout, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays. Please understand that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out, but we will always be striving to get them out as quickly & efficiently as possible.

DELIVERY TIME

Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Simply Dreamy is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or external delivery companies, especially during high-volume periods.
Simply Dreamy can never guarantee a delivery date only estimate based on our efficiency to get your order out.
If you have not received your package within 14 business days of placing the order, email info@simplydreamy.com.au with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately!

Simply Dreamy is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part, but we will ensure to always be as helpful as we can when packages are lost outside of our control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/s we accept returns for store credit only.
We do accept exchanges, if you have chosen an incorrect size we are happy to accomodate you. We do not accept exchanges for change of mind in colour, style or range.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.

Merchandise must have all tags, including any Simply Dreamy hangtags still attached.

Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.
